In His Presence

Words from the Lord are in red italics.

Through Christ all things were made.

Peace at work with God’s glory made all things material and all things possible.

All matter, all things seen and unseen, are of Him.

He is in us and around us in this universe, so where is Jesus to be found?

As you sit in the dirt and wonder where I am, look around, I am not to be found? Yet seek Me in spirit, in the quietness of your soul, and I will be there to commune with you. Abase yourself and increase Me. Seek Me in spirit and in truth and I will reveal Myself to thee. Compassion and all the fruits will come upon you in My presence. Therefore, come in My presence and I will be known to you.

Yes, all things were made from Him and for Him, but to Him, being is His presence starts with seeking Him in spirit.

The spirit is the sanctuary of the presence of the Lord.

He requires us to abase ourselves and look to Him internally in spirit. This is where where we can start to define what it means to be in His presence.

First, we must humble ourselves in truth, in the quietness of our souls, so He may increase to a point where His presence is known. Some of the evidence of this will be:

  1. He will communicate and reveal Himself to us. This is real-time communication; words received in spirit through our hearts about Christ. He will be known to us.

  2. Compassion, love, joy, peace, patience, self-control, and all the other fruits of the spirit will come upon you.

In fact, love is only learned from being in His presence.

Love is from My spirit, learned by being in My presence alone. Love is continuous, it has no gaps, and therefore you must be continuous in My presence. Abundance will flow when you are abundantly in My presence.

He commands us to love.

In My love you are whole. In My presence you are glorified. Rise up and be glorified for My name’s sake. Many will come but few will follow, that is the way of the times. Seek Me diligently and My face will be revealed to you.

To further My kingdom is to be more into My presence.

Add “furthering His kingdom”, “being whole in His love”, and “glorified” to the list of benefits of being in His presence.

“Rising up” emphasizes His instruction to abase ourselves by rising above our flesh and the world’s ways so we may enter into His presence.

He commands us to seek Him diligently and always be in His presence.

My people must seek My presence earnestly. They must fear Me and hunger for My word.

Come into My presence with a humble heart, a longing heart willing to give everything for Me as I have given My life for you.

So there’s more.

We must lay down our lives, in entirety, for Him. That’s what He did for us and He expects the same.

Abandon yourself to Me and I will show you the things you wish to see and hear. Be completely immersed in My presence. In your heart you know what you must release for My name’s sake. Everything is accomplished in Me.

Persisting in His presence comes with great reward.

It also comes with life-altering abandonment of self for His name’s sake–nothing short of death to your worldly self.

In My presence is death, death to self.

You are to persevere on your way to the cross, deny yourself, and follow Him.

Look to the cross–that is how we are meant to live each moment.

Extricate yourself from this world and seek My presence on the cross.

Take part in My presence; your cross awaits.

Look to the crucifix; take part in My presence.

What is being in the presence of the Lord?

It isn’t about worship, being at a place, or with like-minded people.

It’s about obedience, living the cross, and eternal life.

It’s an eternal decision to look to the cross. All that you are, and will be, tied to the cross.

Feast on My flesh and take part in My presence. Everlasting life waits for those who share My bread and bear My burden.

I am always present, come into My presence. It is your choice to be prepared to enter into the kingdom, to choose My ways, eat the bread of life and drink the living water that reconstitutes your soul.

His presence is for us to know Him, so we can be known by Him.

So we look to the cross, choosing His ways over the world’s ways–choosing life.
